Imagine 75 minutes of self-care, a unique mix of mindful meditation, gentle yin yoga and a long sound healing with crystal bowls. Being yin is about finding balance with the hectic yang life outside. It’s a time to connect with yourself, to look inwards, to find stillness and calm in the body and mind.
Yin relaxes the nervous system and releases physical and emotions blockages. The long-held postures, available for everyone, are mostly sitting or lying down, supported by props. The practice makes us more receptive to the healing frequencies of the alchemy crystal bowls.
The combination of yin yoga and sound healing helps with stress, anxiety and improves sleep.
These LagOM classes welcome 4 people maximum in a beautiful and freshly renovated home yoga studio with all props available. Classes can be held in French or English based on the participants' preference.

I am a yoga teacher and retreat organiser who focuses on wellbeing and self care. Being from Sweden, my concept is all about « Lagom » which means not much not too little… It’s about finding just the right amount that works for you. We need balance between yin and yang. And a way to reach this balance is through yoga, meditation and sound healing. So it cannot be a coincidence that the word lagOM contains OM, the sacred universal sound.
Through my journey, I have followed different trainings like Mindfulness Teacher Training, Internal Engineering with Sadhguru, several Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings and most special of all Crystal Bowl Sound Healing. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share my learnings during my classes and events. I have combined the different practices to create a special well-being space. I strongly believe that we need to take care of ourselves first, in order to be there for others.
