Imagine 75 minutes of deep relaxation through a unique mix of self-care practices by combining mindfulness meditation, gentle yin yoga and sound healing with crystal bowls. This is what the new LagOm Evenings are all about: small intimate classes of 4 people maximum in our cozy and beautiful home yoga studio.
LagOm Evenings start with a 15-minute intention setting and mindfulness meditation to calm the mind and prepare the body for a gentle 30-minute yin yoga session. Being yin is about finding balance with the hectic yang life outside. Yin relaxes the nervous system and releases physical and emotions tensions. The long-held postures, which are accessible to everyone, are mostly sitting or lying down and supported by props. It’s a time to connect with the inner self, to look inwards and to find stillness and calm.
And when the body and mind are ready and receptive to the healing frequencies of the alchemy crystal bowls, the 30-minute sound healing session closes the LagOm Evening. The combination of yin yoga and sound healing helps with stress, anxiety and improves sleep.
The LagOm Evenings welcome 4 people maximum in a beautiful and freshly renovated home yoga studio with all props available. Classes can be held either in French or English based on the participants’ preferences.

I am a yoga retreat organiser who focuses on wellbeing and selfcare. Being from Sweden, my concept is all about « Lagom » which means not much not too little… It’s about finding just the right amount that works for you. And a way to reach this balance is through yoga, meditation and sound healing. So it cannot be a coincidence that the word lagOM contains OM, the sacred universal sound.
Through my journey, I have followed different trainings like Internal Engineering from Sadhguru, Mindfulness Teacher Training, Yin Yoga Teacher Training and most special of all Crystal Bowl Sound healing. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share my learnings during my events. I have combined the different practices to create a special well-being space. I strongly believe that we need to take care of ourselves first, in order to be there for others.
