As days become shorter and the temperatures cool, September is a transition from the active days of summer to a more reflective/introspective energy of autumn.
Join Julia and Anna in this day-long retreat to reconnect with yourself as you ease into autumn with greater intention, focus and calm.
In the morning, Julia will guide you through an active yet reflective yoga practice open to all levels.
After a nourishing vegetarian lunch prepared with love by Rym Naturopathe, we will have time to rest or explore the surrounding nature before starting the afternoon program.
During an hour-long workshop, we will explore how we can take what we learn in our yoga practice and apply these teachings to our lives off of the mat. We will conclude the workshop by setting personal intentions for the months to come.
To seal our intentions, we will shift back on to our yoga mats, for a gentle practice accompanied by the sounds of Anna’s crystal bowls.
10-12h Active & Reflective Yoga
12-14h Vegetarian Lunch and free time to enjoy the surrounding nature
14-15h Workshop: Bring Yoga off the Mat
15-16h30 Gentle Yoga practice and Crystal Bowls Sound Healing

Julia, from the central coast of California, started her yoga journey in 2001 at an artist residency in Cyprus where a friend taught her a few sun salutations between sessions in the art studio. From then on, she continued to cultivate her practice, as yoga became a more prominent feature in her life. Julia received her 200h Vinyasa yoga teacher training certification from Yoga Moves in Utrecht. After becoming a full-time yoga teacher, Julia completed Jason Crandell’s 300h advanced teacher training at Triyoga in London in 2018. She hones her teaching skills regularly through continued professional development. Julia teaches accessible alignment-focused yoga with an emphasis on creating space and time for the breath, cultivating a sense of balance, and promoting a greater awareness and understanding of one’s body. Julia lives and works in Belgium. For more information, see her website www.juliahyde.yoga.
I am a yoga retreat organiser who focuses on wellbeing and selfcare. Being from Sweden, my concept is all about « Lagom » which means not much not too little… It’s about finding just the right amount that works for you. And a way to reach this balance is through yoga and meditation. So it cannot be a coincidence that the word lagOM contains OM, the sacred universal sound.
Through my journey, I have followed different trainings like Internal Engineering from Sadhguru, Mindfulness Teacher Training and most special of all Crystal Bowl Sound healing. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share my learnings during my events. I strongly believe that we need to take care of ourselves first, in order to be there for others.
