Description
As days become shorter and the temperatures cool, September is a transition from the active days of summer to a more reflective/introspective energy of autumn.
Join Julia and Anna in this day-long retreat to reconnect with yourself as you ease into autumn with greater intention, focus and calm.
In the morning, Julia will guide you through an active yet reflective yoga practice open to all levels.
After a nourishing vegetarian lunch prepared with love by Rym Naturopathe, we will have time to rest or explore the surrounding nature before starting the afternoon program.
During an hour-long workshop, we will explore how we can take what we learn in our yoga practice and apply these teachings to our lives off of the mat. We will conclude the workshop by setting personal intentions for the months to come.
To seal our intentions, we will shift back on to our yoga mats, for a gentle practice accompanied by the sounds of Annaās crystal bowls.

Anna Ilkovics
I am a yoga retreat organiser who focuses on wellbeing and selfcare. Being from Sweden, my concept is all about Ā« Lagom Ā» which means not much not too little⦠Itās about finding just the right amount that works for you. And a way to reach this balance is through yoga and meditation. So it cannot be a coincidence that the word lagOM contains OM, the sacred universal sound.
Through my journey, I have followed different trainings like Internal Engineering from Sadhguru, Mindfulness Teacher Training and most special of all Crystal Bowl Sound healing. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share my learnings during my events. I strongly believe that we need to take care of ourselves first, in order to be there for others.
